Adobe InDesign2 - Sending a .pdf format.
The illustrations below were made using a Mac but the settings exist in almost the same place, on Windows.

If you are working in InDesign2, please submit the file in .pdf format only. We do accept original native InDesign files at this time. Here's how to make a .pdf from InDesign2. It is necessary to set up the settings for the pdf first. To do this, see the illustrations below:

Under File, select 'PDF Styles...'.

After selecting OK, this style will be available in the main window (example 'NJNewsprint'). Select OK.

Now to Export as a pdf, go to 'File', Export as 'PDF'. Choose the NJNewsprint settings and select OK.

Name the pdf (alpha-numeric characters please) and SAVE.
