If you send any file type besides a PDF, it is advisable to COMPRESS your file first to prevent file corruption. You can download a copy of WinZip or StuffIt from web site we have linked to. If you are using a mac, right click on the file or folder and choose "Create Archive" in order to make a .zip file. In Windows Right click on file or folder and choose "send to" then choose "Compressed (Zipped) folder". Name your file carefully. Use only alpha-numeric characters and no longer than 20 characters. File sizes are limited to 50 MB
